This month’s recipe is not only a feast for the eyes, it’s also rich, indulgent and sprinkled with the goodness of Super Berry Power C - perfect for sharing with loved ones this festive season! 

 

     INGREDIENTS

• 200 g sour cream

• 130 g cream cheese 

• 120 g cottage cheese

• 50 ml fresh milk

• 1 tbsp brown sugar

• 3 g vanilla sugar

• 6 AquaSource Super Berry Power C capsules 

• Approximately 300 g plain or sugar-free biscuits

• Blueberries or any other fresh, seasonal fruit

   
  

METHOD

Pour the sour cream, cream cheese, cottage cheese, milk, sugar and vanilla sugar into a bowl. Beat with a mixer until smooth. Pour the contents of 6 Super Berry Power C capsules into the cream and beat again with a mixer.  

Crush the biscuits in a blender or food processor. 

Prepare a serving dish. 

Place the crushed biscuits mixture into the bottom of the serving dish. Pour the cream mixture on top. Finish with berries of your choice.
